Daniel Freeman is the principal broker and owner of Freeman Realty & Property Management Group, specializing in investment real estate acquisitions and management for industrial and commercial properties across California, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. As a licensed broker in California (DRE #02095945) and Oklahoma (#210770), Daniel leads the firm’s property management and acquisition strategy with a focus on helping clients build long-term value through hands-on oversight and disciplined execution.

An expert in Southern California’s Conejo Valley and Thousand Oaks markets, Daniel built his real estate foundation at Westcord and Everhome Realty before launching Freeman Realty & Property Management Group to focus on industrial and non-residential commercial assets. His approach combines proactive maintenance, strong tenant relations, and careful financial management to improve property performance and create stable, stress-free income for owners.

Before transitioning full-time into commercial real estate, Daniel studied sport and performance psychology at California State University - Northridge and worked as a mental performance consultant, experience that continues to shape his analytical mindset and steady, solutions-focused approach.
